Why did I get a refund?

When you contribute to a Ulule project set in EUR currency using your credit/debit card, you are immediately charged. However, the money will only be transferred to the project owner if the campaign's initial objective is reached.

If the project has not reached its objective at its end date, you will be automatically refunded of the amount you gave for the project.

If the campaign is still ongoing, you can also cancel your contribution, in order to either get a refund, or change the amount of the contribution.
