If you're having trouble paying, here are a few things to check.
Browser
Some outdated versions may not be compatible with our site. If payment problems keep happening, always try another browser. Our site is optimized for Google Chrome, which we recommend.
Antivirus software and ad or script blockers
Some of these programs can interfere with our site and block the payment. Try turning them off, or make sure they don't block the following domains:
- ulule.com
- kolkt.com (the technical domain of our payment page)
Device and connection
Some blocks may come from the device and/or connection you're using. If you can, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or between smartphone, tablet and computer.
Payment security code
Some payments may require you to confirm the transaction with a code sent by your bank. Make sure this feature is turned on and that you entered the code correctly.
Network slowdowns can also affect this step. If so, try again later or from another device.
Blocked by your bank
Your bank may decide to decline the transaction (for example if you've already reached your spending limit) or if it finds the payment suspicious (if it's your first payment on Ulule, if the amount is unusual compared to your normal spending, if the campaign you're backing is in another currency...).
When we get this information quickly, we try to include it in our error message, so you can contact your bank and confirm that you made the payment.
If you still can't complete your payment after following these tips, contact our support team so we can look into it.
