Within 24 to 72 business hours of submitting your project, our team carries out an initial check to approve it or, if needed, ask you for more details about the project.
You then enter the preparation phase of your project: this is when you finalize your project page and send the documents the payment platform needs to verify your identity. Your involvement is essential at this stage: if your documents are not compliant or if you don’t respond to your coach’s feedback, it will take longer. So make sure you provide all the required information and respond quickly.
To help you with these steps and with preparing your page, a checklist is available on your project page. Once you have ticked all the mandatory boxes, you can submit your project for review. Your project cannot go into review unless you submit this request.
The review can take up to 48 business hours. Your Ulule coach will go over your page in detail and may:
• suggest improvements or adjustments if your page is incomplete or could be better
• approve your page so you can publish it, if it is fully clear and complete
On average, allow 7 to 10 business days between your initial submission and the publication of your project*.
The average campaign lasts 45 days: shorter campaigns tend to be more dynamic and more successful.
Finally, the transfer of the funds raised is initiated the day after your campaign ends. You will then receive the funds in your bank account within 1 to 5 business days, depending on usual banking times.
*These timescales are indicative. We cannot intervene in the identity checks carried out by our payment provider, nor can we force them to approve a file. Please prepare your documents carefully to make the process smoother.
