Once your campaign has ended, whether it succeeded or not, you can ask for it to be removed from the platform. To do so, you must contact us through our contact form or through your project's discussion thread.
Your Ulule account must still be active, and the request must be sent from the email address used to create the project.
If your page was never published, only you can see it when you log in with your Ulule credentials. So there's no need to ask for it to be removed.
Please note: deleting your Ulule account doesn't automatically remove the campaigns you've published. If you want a campaign removed, you must contact us first.
