When your campaign ends, if it reached or surpassed the initial objective, we initiate the process to transfer the funds to you. The delay will vary based on this:
- For a campaign in EUR currency, funds will be transferred the day after the ending date of your campaign and you will receive the funds on your bank account after 72 working hours;
- For campaigns in dollars or pounds sterling, there can be an additional delay in case some contributions fail to be collected. In this case, we make new attempts up to 5 days after the end date of your campaign, then we proceed with the transfer. You will get the funds within 72 working hours.
In all cases, additional delay can be observed if there is any fraud suspicion or if any investigation is needed from us or our banking partner.
