Getting my project page validated for launch

To get your project page validated, you need to complete all its sections. You can reach each section from the toolbar on the left, under the name of your campaign:

  • Page editing: this is where you lay out your page, with a main image, a video if you like, the project description in its three categories, and the title and subtitle.
  • Settings: here you set the duration (optional for donation campaigns, not applicable to subscription campaigns), the goal (optional for donation campaigns), the language of your campaign, the type of project and your identity information. You can choose between 3 statuses: individual, company and non-profit organization. We need the documents required for the status you select. You can change this information during the preparation phase; if you change status, though, you need to let your coach know.
  • Rewards or Subscriptions and donations: for a reward-based campaign, you need to set rewards starting from €1. This is where you define their amount, content, shipping fees, etc. They will appear in a column to the right of the project description on the final page. For a subscription campaign, you need to set a paid subscription starting from €1.

To make sure you don't miss anything, click the checklist button.

Your Ulule profile must also be fully completed (first name, last name, username, photo, email address, location, etc.).

During the preparation and throughout your campaign, you can talk to your coach in the Coaching tab. Once all the information is complete, you can send your page for review with the dedicated button. Note: the button only unlocks once all the required fields have been filled in.

Your coach will then get back to you with suggestions for improvement and, if everything is in order, your page will be validated. You can then publish it whenever you like.

All you have to do is click the publish button in the banner at the top, or in the left-hand column, to put your page online when you want.

How does the review work?

Your page is created as a draft as soon as you send your project proposal, so you can start completing it right away. Only you (and your team) can see it. When you submit your project, your coach reviews everything you filled in and sends you advice and recommendations.

The review takes half a working day on average. The team does not review projects at weekends: keep this in mind if you submit your page on a Friday evening. Your campaign is never published automatically: you are the one who clicks the publish button once the page is validated.

In the meantime, get inspired by successful projects.
