This happens to everyone, but you can easily fix it.
On the top right corner of the site, click on the link SIgn in to reach the login form. Just below, you will see a “Forgot your password?” link to click.
On this page, insert the email address you used to create your Ulule account and click on the “Reset my password” button. If your address matches an account, we will send you an email to let you change your password. If not, an error message will be displayed.
If you do not receive the email, please remember to check your spam folder. If you use Gmail, remember to also check the different tabs of your main inbox (if you activated that option) and your archived folder as well.
If you forgot the email address associated with your account, search in your different mail boxes if you find an email from us. If yes, please verify the exact address on which the email was sent (.com or .fr, @gmail or @googlemail, exact form of your address before the @,...)
