As soon as your proposal is accepted, a “Success manager” will be assigned to your project. His or her mission is to be to assist you during the whole process of the campaign, from its preparation to its end.
In your Ulule interface, you will have a discussion thread in which you can contact your success manager. When you are on your project page, in the toolbar, you will notice an icon "Coaching"
Click on it to access the thread, write your message and click on the green button “Submit” to send it.
Answers from your success manager will be sent to you by email and will appear in the thread too.
