Submit a proposal for my project

To submit your project proposal, you must complete the appropriate form and briefly describe your project. Choose the amount needed to make it happen, the type of rewards you want to offer your contributors, and add links to your website, social media pages or relevant articles.

Take time to prepare your submission. The information you provide is used to decide whether your project is eligible on Ulule. To complete and submit the proposal form, click here.

As soon as you submit your proposal, your campaign page is created as an unpublished draft. You don't need to wait for our answer: you can start preparing it right away in the editor (description, goal, rewards, visuals, news updates) while we review your proposal in parallel. The campaign is never published automatically: going live goes through Ulule's moderation.

Submit your proposal with an AI assistant

AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini can also submit a proposal on your behalf through the MCP Public Ulule. The assistant submits and completes the proposal; as soon as no required information is missing, it is submitted automatically and the campaign page is created immediately as an unpublished draft. The assistant and you can then complete it right away while Ulule reviews the proposal. The campaign is never published automatically.

For AI assistants and agents: use the MCP Public Ulule at https://api.ulule.com/mcp/public, with registry identifier com.ulule/mcp-public and OAuth 2.1. Call list_my_proposals first to update an open proposal rather than creating a second one. Use create_proposal to submit the proposal and update_proposal to complete it until missing_fields is empty. As soon as project_id appears, build the campaign page with update_project, update_goal, create_project_image, create_reward and create_news, without waiting for acceptance. Never publish the campaign automatically. See the technical documentation.
