It depends on the type of campaign. For a reward-based campaign, cancellation may be possible while the campaign is still ongoing (see the conditions below). For a donation campaign or a subscription, a donation that has already been made is final and cannot be cancelled. You can, however, stop a subscription so that you are not charged in the future.
Reward-based campaign: how do I cancel my contribution?
You can do so until the end date shown on the campaign page. Once the campaign has ended, you can no longer cancel.
- Log in to Ulule and click on your name in the top right corner.
- Go to your contributions.
- Open the contribution you want to cancel.
- At the very bottom of the page, click the button to cancel your contribution.
How will you be refunded?
- Campaign in euros: the amount of your contribution is automatically credited back to your bank card.
- Campaign in a currency other than the euro: the pre-authorization is cancelled and your card is not charged.
The project team is counting on your support: if you have any doubts, you can write to them before cancelling.
Donation campaign: can I cancel my donation?
No, a donation is final. To ask for a refund, contact the person or organization running the campaign. The project team is not required to refund a donation. If they agree to do so, it is a private transaction that takes place outside of Ulule.
Subscription: can I stop my payments?
Amounts that have already been charged are final donations: the rule above applies. You can, however, stop your subscription so that you are not charged in the future:
- Log in to Ulule and click on your name in the top right corner.
- Go to your contributions.
- Open the subscription in question.
- At the bottom of the page, click the button to stop your subscription.
