Did you open your Ulule account with an email address you no longer want to use? You can easily change it from your account settings.
First, log in to your Ulule account. Note that you can still log in with an old email address if you remember the password.
Once logged in, click your name or profile picture at the top right, then “Settings” in the menu that appears.
On this page, you'll find a field with your email address. Replace it and save. An email is then sent to the new address. Click the link in this email to confirm the change.
Please note: your old address stays displayed until you click the link in the email sent to the new address.
If you no longer have access to your account, you can ask the support team to change your address through our contact form.
