To add or change your profile picture, log in to your Ulule account, then click your name or avatar at the top right. Then click “My profile” in the menu.
Hover over the circle on the left of your profile and click “Change your profile picture”. Then select the image from your device.
Note that the image won't upload if its dimensions or file size are too large.
If the image is too large in pixels, open it in an image editor and resize it. 500 pixels per side is enough. Save the image at this new size (or save a copy to keep the original), then try uploading it again. This also reduces the file size.
Note that you can't delete your avatar from your account, only change it. To have a picture removed, contact us.
